STATUS

• I'm on a short hiatus and will stop commission work at the end of June.
• All current commissions will be completed by end of June.
• Please contact me to enquire about being put on a waiting list for when I reopen.

INFORMATION

• I am based in Newcastle, Australia and live in a pet and smoke free environment.
• I will not duplicate other artists’ work.
• I do NOT remove previous faceups. Please send only blank/cleaned heads.
• I prefer working in my own style; each faceup is unique and OOAK.
• Please provide a face protector/cap with your doll.
• I do not have a set number of available slots per month, as it is dependant on my work schedule. Thus, if you would like a slot, it is best to contact me as early as possible while slots are available.
• If the faceup done is not satisfactory for any reason; I am happy to wipe it off and rework it completely once, but will require additional payment of USD35 (as it is essentially a whole new faceup). If the second attempt is still not satisfactory, my style is probably not what you are after, and I will be happy to wipe the faceup and ship the head back blank.
• I have the right to refuse or cancel any commissions (completed or otherwise) at any time as I see fit.
• For any commissions that I cancel, the head/s will be cleaned and commission fee (excluding shipping fee back to owner) fully refunded.
• Please be aware that I do like to take photos of the doll/s I repaint for my personal faceup portfolio, and that I usually upload them to my website, LJ, Flickr, or doll forums like DoA.

PRICING

• USD45 for all sizes.
• At this stage, I do not supply nor attach upper eyelashes.

MATERIALS

• Mr Super Clear Flat, UV-Cut
• Schmincke and Rembrandt chalk pastels
• Tamiya acrylic paints, thinner and gloss

TURNAROUND TIME

• I can usually get a commission finished and shipped within 10 working days of receiving the item.

SHIPPING

• Shipping costs both ways are to be covered by you.

• Flat rate international postage and handling cost:
USD20 - Registered Airmail (quote is for a parcel weighing not more than 500g ). Please note, if the parcel weighs more than 500g, I will have to charge the excess to you accordingly.

* Please be aware that Registered International Airmail does not come with tracking, but requires signature upon delivery, and has proof of posting.
* Please enquire about combined shipping for more than one head, or EMS price quote.
 
• Australian postage and handling cost:
AUD8.00 - Express Post only (for parcels not weighing more than 500g).

• Please note that as much as I do my best to pack your doll safely and securely for shipping, I cannot be held responsible once the article is in the possession of the post office / shipping courier for any delay, damage or loss of the article.

PAYMENT

• All commissions payable by Paypal will be invoiced via Paypal.
• For international commissions, I accept payment by Paypal only (please let me know prior to payment if it is via non-cc or cc payment).
• I do not accept e-cheques by Paypal.
• Australian commissions payable via bank deposit only.
• Payment must be made before I will start on a commission; work will commence only when payment is received in full. (Payment includes total cost of faceup + shipping cost from me to you.)
